RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Shyla is committed to customer satisfaction, that is why we specify our return and exchange policy of the items we sell through our online service to meet the needs of our customers.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE !

Note our 8 points of the regulation in order the exchange or return is accepted.

1.- When requesting a return, or exchange for size, color or factory defect, You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the ticket or invoice.

2.- The returned product must be in its original packaging, including accessories, promotional items and original labels.

3.- For safety and hygiene reasons; and for the satisfaction of all our customers, the returns must be in good condition and must meet the following requirements:

* Stain free (makeup, lipstick, food, liquids, etc.)
* Odor free (perfume, deodorants, etc)
* Unused

4.- Exchange or returns must be accompanied by the Exchange and Returns Format, otherwise the return cannot take place.

5.- To make your exchanges at our stores, your purchase receipt or order is required, which is received via email, within the same 30 calendar days period.

6.- Besides rules established in these policies, we reserve the right to make exchanges or refunds.

7.- Exceptions that NOT covered by the guarantee.

* When the garment has been used in conditions other than normal.
* When the garment had not been used as per the instructions for use that came with it (label inside the garment).
* When the garments have been altered or repaired by unauthorized people.

* There are no exchanges in garments in white or off-white colors.

8.- In the case of buying a PROMOTION or DISCOUNT garment, no exchange or refund of ANY KIND is made.

EXCHANGE PROCESS BY STYLE !

Send the product in its original packaging and the completed Exchange and Return Form to the following address 5754 Wigton Drive, Houston, Tx. 77096, Attention: Shy Online Store.

* Customer pays the cost of shipping to our offices and we send the new garment to his/her address at no cost.

Upon receiving the product, we will make sure that it complies with the exchange regulations mentioned above.

We will process it, shipment and tracking number will be sent to you via email to the e mail address provided.

If it does NOT qualify for exchange, a sales agent will contact you to give you specific details of your case.

In the event of a credit balance

In the case of choosing a lower cost style than the original one. You will be given a voucher and / or coupon for the amount of the balance in favor to use it in your next purchase, both in physical and online store.

In case of choosing higher cost style than the original one.

You will have to make a one-time payment of the difference at the branch you are in.
(The payment of the difference does not apply either in MSI, nor payments in fortnights)

* The customer absorbs the cost of shipping to our offices and we send the change to his address at no cost.

Refund process

By selecting the Paypal payment gateway and paying with your credit or debit card, the refund will be applied directly to the same card that was used in the purchase.

(Refund will be applied 1 to 3 business days)

The refund will be deposited to a bank account in the name of the person who made the purchase.
* If you do not have a bank account, send us a bank account + a valid identification of a trusted person you indicate us.
